@XfinitySupport My internet is down, I’m remote, restart didn’t work, app says no outage. Need agent help ASAP. Can’t get a live person by phone, online chat or via the app.

So did xfinity just say the internet melting we’ll get to it when we can? Why is the outage lasting so long rn 🫠

Leave it to @comcast @Xfinity to do infrastructure updates on a friday at 5pm, with an internet outage until 11pm 😡🤓🤪

hey @Xfinity my internet been down 3 different times this month. You do know people rely on internet for their income nowadays correct? You are becoming an unreliable provider.
