Is Xfinity down?

Can @Xfinity and @XfinitySupport tell me why other day there’s an outage but doesn’t fix it like wtf all I am trying to do is stream and enjoy WiFi

Yesterday we streamed for 4 hours and went 14-1 on NCAA 26. That “1 loss” was because xfinity had a power outage which caused me to lag out. I wanna say I’d be 15-0 but it’s whatever. I haven’t taken an L to anyone because they were better than me. I plan on doing another stream

Is xfinity out for anyone? There is a huge outage in Knoxville and it's been out since yesterday. They have no idea when it will be fixed. Wierd.

Well I just wanted to update everyone that I don't have Internet today cus of an outage old Xfinity equipment is being updated on our block so idk when I'll get internet back I'll keep you all updated @GamingOnRumble @NewDawnDB

28+ hour internet outage is one thing but the fact that I threatened to go back to Xfinity twice and it was ignored is what was really insulting. Never felt so good cancelling an ISP after only two months

Hey @XfinitySupport , I was talked out of going with another provider a few weeks ago. And guess what? Our internet has now been down for four-plus hours and will not be turned on until at least 10:30 pm . She lost a day at work because of your ****-*** service. Do better.

Xfinity the worst customer support of any company I have ever dealt with Streaming service is down today but can't get in touch with anyone to find out how long it will be out even their web site is down.

Xfinity has not been able to fix an internet outage in our area for over 72 hours so if you have tried to call/email/contact me and got no reply, that’s the reason. Hopefully they will fix it soon.

BIG Xfinity outage in my area, since 3:30pm eastern. Expected to be fixed by midnight. Reason stated: network damage. Verizon 5Guw is crankin.👀
