Banshee: Our internet & TV are down YET again! Xfinity claims they are doing work in our area to "improve" our service. These off/on outages have been going on for 2-3 weeks now. So I won't be on much at all during the day today as my phone plan has limits. Grrrr!

The power has been out here since Thursday night when a tornado went down our road. Today I finally thought I saw Power trucks coming to help. Nope. Xfinity trucks. Glad we will have our internet! Just no power to use it!

I don’t think Xfinity is down for everyone in ABQ NM. Mine has been down since 630pm. EST fix is 4am. Due to network damage ?

Xfinity not recognizing my username so I call. They say use web. They don't recognize my number either. Call on phone and they say use web. Circular reference. Infuriating that NOTHING WORKS. Can't login or speak to anyone. Xfinity sucks. Comcast sucks. #outage
