I love how when dealing with a Verizon outage their first order of business before helping me is automatically enrolling me into voice tracking

Seriously, @Verizon, I'm getting really tired of my cell network being down at some point every day the past few days. For as much as I pay you each month, this is ridiculous.

Xfinity goes down for maintenance 30 minutes before games start. I need to finally make the switch to Verizon FIOS. I been putting it off.

Hey @ATT - you have an outage in Mt. Lebanon, PA. Dozens of us (maybe more) without internet for 10 days. No cell data at my house either, get coverage when I leave home. No TV either. Your employees recommending Verizon because there’s no fix in sight. Please fix this!!

Does Verizon have like WiFi outage? It’s bad enough for the fifth time we came to an agreement for unlimited data and refuse to actually do it, but now I can’t get good signals or get anything to load in the middle of a freaking city. Like we pay hundreds of $$$ for this?!

People ask why I live in another country. In Houston for a layover… WiFi at airport is down. Verizon service barely usable. Means I just sit here and stare. Is the U.S. the tech leader? You tell me.

How many people have to cancel #verizon @verizon internet before they shape up? Every other day an outage for no good reason. Not weather, not someone hitting a pole, not in some rural area. Just no reason, internet drops, sometimes for a few mins, sometimes hours. All while

the fact that AWS, Verizon, & various other payment platforms that run off of there have been down all week and impacting life so seriously is incredibly frustrating. And we won’t get a bill credit nor an apology.
