@VerizonSupport service down for over 12 hours. Service reps were seemingly unaware of the issue for at least 9 hours. Chats being ignored. This is absolute dogshit guys.

I think either Verizon is doing a spectrum refarm update on my site or Verizon is down, oma guess it's the first option as Roaming works on the AT&T network
