How many people have to cancel #verizon @verizon internet before they shape up? Every other day an outage for no good reason. Not weather, not someone hitting a pole, not in some rural area. Just no reason, internet drops, sometimes for a few mins, sometimes hours. All while

the fact that AWS, Verizon, & various other payment platforms that run off of there have been down all week and impacting life so seriously is incredibly frustrating. And we won’t get a bill credit nor an apology.

On days when there was internet service denial or phone not working or Delta screens go blue I’d think ****, Verizon got hacked or some security app crashed. Today I thought, it probably was a terrible idea to put a moron and his sycophants in charge of, well, everything.

Love how @att says there’s no outage at my address yet half the internet doesn’t load. Had to disconnect from my home internet and use my even more unreliable yet equally expensive @Verizon cell signal.

after this random outage from my internet and phone services, I'll most likely be switching from Verizon to T-mobile 😒 Verizon has just been getting shittier, so time to move on and actually have consistent internet service for once #adulthood
