Whatās up at @USPS? Iām constantly having packages arrive late, be misrouted or sit at one site for days. Itās time for a complete overhaul; the current organizational structure is not working.

Apparently the @USPSHelp mail delivery must be down to 4 days a week in the city I live in.

Seriously though @USPSHelp The USPS app is bugged. Not working properly and sometimes not at all. Not sure if you know about this but when I click on "add delivery instructions" it does absolutely nothing. I've been trying to update my delivery instructions all day

So @USPS @USPSHelp is letting me down. Have a package that was ordered on December 20th as a Christmas present. It's January 6th and the item still hasn't reached it's destination. Reach out to them? Hear nothing back. Yeah... I'd say we need to overhaul the postal service.
