(1) My JioFiber connection has been down since 13th May, 5 PM. I raised a complaint the same day and was assured that an engineer would visit on 15th May — no one turned up. Today is 16th May, and despite multiple follow-ups, tweets, and even escalation to JioCare.

My JioFiber connection has been down for the past 6 days and there's been no response from customer support. Despite multiple follow-ups, no service engineer has been assigned. This is unacceptable and causing serious inconvenience. Please resolve this ASAP @JioCare

#Godrej I have purchased an AC more than a month back and is is not working as expected from day one. Despite repeated follow ups no one is attending the issue. Your customer care is useless.

big ups to @optimum for this hour+ internet outage with no notification of the outage or ETA of when it’s going to be fixed :) fourth one this month :) i love paying $93 a month to be chronically inconvenienced :)

Uhm... there's a power outage affecting the Iberian Peninsula and reasons are unknown for now. I hope it gets fixed soon, but my UPS is running out of stock energy. I'll only have the phone and power banks afterwards.
