Worst services by @ogeneral_ng purchased last month & cooling not working.. no one visited from after multiple complaints & follow ups. Injustice for customers.
Never have I been so glad I bought a ups this year my power has gone out twice in the last hour but at least I know I had time to properly shut down my pc both times
(1) My JioFiber connection has been down since 13th May, 5 PM. I raised a complaint the same day and was assured that an engineer would visit on 15th May — no one turned up. Today is 16th May, and despite multiple follow-ups, tweets, and even escalation to JioCare.
