Is UPS down?

woke up with my headphones not working, suspected that my faulty UPS battery might be the cause of my electronics slowly breaking… so now im just lying in bed waiting for my new PC power cable to arrive 😭 because the old power cable has a different end (?)

I've had more power outage living here 1 month than in 13 years in Germany+Netherlands, and I lived in the countryside in both! I'm now buying a UPS to avoid issues with my NAS and Network devices. Welcome to the Arctic Sweden, looks like Brazil in the 80's! #vattenfall sucks!

UPS outsources their call center to India. Had to track a package with guaranteed delivery of 10:30 in Miami with "customer service" in Mumbai and it's still not there. Service failure. If you want to know why their stock price is down, look no further. They simply suck.

Mouseover triggering is the worst event in UX-aspect and there should be a limitation of being used only for displaying pop-ups which can easily be gone when the pointer has shaken. I won't use them especially for drop-down menus.

Got a heavily discounted lil UPS (backup battery) and some SSDs for prime day and upgraded my cloud server this weekend Swapped HDD for SSD so it’s faster, but the UPS is 🔥 it provides power for 10+ hours if there’s a power outage and shuts it down gracefully on low battery :)
