Hey @UbisoftSupport my account seems to have been taken over because my login credentials are not working and I received an email about them being updated. Please help???? I’ve raised a ticket- Case 23368601
There is currently no sign of a Ubisoft outage.
We also haven't observed any incidents recently.

Sadly had to put down ac after I don’t gain any skill points what so ever @UbisoftSupport please look into this also yes I already put a ticket in the bug reporter

i thought the issue about ac shadows is that it sucks and ubisoft hasnt been able to make a singular good game in ages besides the Prince of persia game that apparently didnt make enough for them so they shut down a studio or soemthing

So, Assassin's Creed Shadows trophy/achievement system is tied to the Ubisoft servers (which is extremely stupid for a singleplayer game btw) and if you have a disconnect or the servers are down you have to do some busy work to get the missing trophies. Holy..

Amid AC Shadows being fully leaked with gameplay and stuff, I think it's funny how people are trying to make it seem like Ubisoft taking that stuff down is "damage control" even that's what every gaming company would do. They hate leaks. Everyone does this exact thing.

With PSN being down, it makes me so excited for the all digital future! Even physical games I own don’t work, and I just love it! Thanks @Ubisoft in particular for making The Crew Motorfest always online!
