Is Tekken 8 down?

Couldn’t sleep so decided to load up tekken. Against a Hwoarang, up 1-0 in the set, first round of next game im about to win, my steam goes down. I get a penalty. So many crashes and game closures. Might have to take a little break because that’s not cool :/
