Good riddance, the talktalk broadband is down, affecting the video doorbell, fridge freezer, phone, laptop and what a ******* joke. I had tolerated with them for over 7 years and this was the final straw because this outage was the worst. So I decided to switch providers.

Hey @TalkTalk please can we have an update on an outage in March PE15 due to 🤬lorry pulling down the line - breaking telegraph pole at 1015 Fri7th. Still no replacement from @BTOpenreach1 so @CityFibre can't fix me. I've used 10gb data in 4 days and I was away 2 of them!! Help🙏

Why is my talktalk email address not working @TalkTalk ? The pop up message says it’s a policy thing. What policy? This is the second time in a week that the talktalk server has not worked as it should and it’s affecting my personal and business correspondence.

Hi @TalkTalk our WiFi is down and we’ve been told it won’t be back til Friday…eh, which isn’t good enough because we work from home.

Appalling service from @TalkTalk. Internet down for the second time in 11 days. And they want me to wait 2-3 working days for a repair. So it could be as long as Tuesday until it's back. Horrendous service!
