I regret switching my cell phone from T-Mobile to @Verizon my service has been terrible and this outage has not been fun. I switched for two reasons 1 “better service” 2 get NFL Sunday ticket What a mistake I made Don’t make the same mistake Stay with your carrier

A @VerizonSupport @Verizon rep just told me that this ‘outage’ was them intentionally deactivating eSIMs and now they’re ‘staging them for re-activation eventually’ They’ve got to be kidding right? @TMobile can you help?

Dear @Verizon I’m not one to air out my grievances publicly but this is the 4th time in the last 3 months my phone has gone into SOS mode due to “outage”, what gives? If we don’t get on the same page soon here I may have to start flirting with @ATT and/or @TMobile 🤷🏻‍♂️

Just recently, Wife and I switched from Samsung/T-Mobile to iPhone/@Verizon , only to have a ******* nationwide outage within the first couple weeks & them not knowing how/why it happened... Like seriously WTF. Terrible first impression on both service & phone (mostly service).

T-Mobile is down. I can use WiFi, but can't do anything else. Can't make calls. Says not connected to a network. Down Detector shows a huge outage in NY, Philly, Detroit. RI almost never shows up anywhere. Guess we're too small. Anyone else with T-Mobile having problems too?

You know @TMobileBusiness used to have competent reps on #Tforce now I'm doubting it. I got an email stating im allowed to renew Apple tv+ one more time before the feature is removed and its not working, rep says i dont have the feature. 🤦‍♂️🙄 #tmobile

My Tmobile bill recently increased from 120 to 165 a month. I am going to spectrum for a year at 100. Back to the old switch carriers every year to keep prices down. I had the Magenta plan. When I got it years ago they said it would never go up. Liars!

10 minutes to update an app on @TMobile "5G" with 2 bars. I am in a city. This is unacceptable. I call and report bad signal and for over 2 years it is a "known issue and we are working on it". Last night internet and cell went down at my house and it was blamed on @ATT
