Is T-Mobile down?

It’s crazy how bad @Verizon has become. All I tried to do was upgrade my phones. 10 hrs on the phone with customer service, 6 trips to the store. 5 days later and phones are still not working right. 20+ year customer and @TMobile looking good right now.

So let me get this straight.. I pay for satellite service on my phone, so I can still have internet if the towers go down.. yet I'm the only with satellite service that can't access the internet via my phone.. @TMobile
