Is Xfinity down?

Oh good an @Xfinity outage with an estimated repair time of 5:30pm. Says it was planned maintenance….never got a message and since when do you do planned maintenance for a full business day? @XfinitySupport

I got texts from Xfinity that they are so sorry about the outage at our address all day. Just got one that it’s resolved. I’ve had Internet all day. I have @directv stream and it wouldn’t work w/o the Internet. Strange.

Dear @Xfinity why do I deal with at least one internet outage a DAY??? What am I even paying for at this point.

I was thinking about getting the starlink internet after a recent xfinity 12 hour outage. I see theres a 500$ 1 time demand surcharge fee for my area. They want over a grand today to order the starlink. The charge is to discourage new users. I appreciate not wanting to degrade

2nd outage in 24-hours. 3rd in the last two weeks. Called @Xfinity @XfinitySupport and was placed on hold for 20-minutes and now can't get any response. Going silent is not how you win over customers. Can I at least get an explanation as to why it keeps happening.
