Hello @VirginMediaIE No TV service in my area since 26 November. A number of customers without TV service. This was reported, technician was arranged but did not call. No sign of a repair. This service breaks down a few times a year. Very poor response by Virgin Media

Congratulations to @virginmedia for actually keeping my internet alive for over 24 hours in a row for the first time this week.
I would say however, sending me an email called "smart help" and then telling me to reboot my router, when its your servers that were down, isnt smart.

The way you take it all down including digital ID withdraw any service close it down and it collapses we have the power just people don’t see it. Example company directors dissolve it. WiFi (virgin media) close it mobile Close it (EE) close online banking down etc you getting it
