Virgin Media WiFi and TV went down 9pm Thursday… it’s STILL down nearly 2 days later… AND O2’s data is hit and miss as well! Still not had any updates from them 🙄

The least competent broadband service award goes to @virginmedia. 24/7 outages, **** for those who work from home. I’ve had so many outages over the last month and they don’t even compensate if the outage lasts for < 24 hours. In total, the outages have been more than that. ****.

It’s important to know that during the @virginmedia outage, no one at Virgin Media gives a **** about you, the customer, and their usually **** customer service is as usual, ****. Don’t fool yourself into thinking they care, because they’re either AI or from Asia.

Hello @VirginMediaIE No TV service in my area since 26 November. A number of customers without TV service. This was reported, technician was arranged but did not call. No sign of a repair. This service breaks down a few times a year. Very poor response by Virgin Media

It's 7th November. An urgent (due today) VAT return has come my way, so I'm working from home to get it done. Except I can't because my @virginmedia Internet connection is down, and according to their status page I need to order a new "Wi Fi Hub" 1/?

Congratulations to @virginmedia for actually keeping my internet alive for over 24 hours in a row for the first time this week. I would say however, sending me an email called "smart help" and then telling me to reboot my router, when its your servers that were down, isnt smart.
