I’m done with @verizonfios - the cable boxes are junk - Google searches instead of program searches were one thing but the multi week outage with local Fox25 now causing a blackout of the Pats/Jets game - we will be happily switching to Xfinity

whenever i visit home, i remember why i turned down @optimum. 10 years later and the internet is still at 300 ping every night and down for minutes at a time. i’ve had @verizonfios for a decade and i can count the amount of times i’ve had internet issues on two hands

Told my coworker I was annoyed I had to get optimum when I moved to my new place. Formerly had fiber with Fios. He said they are all the same… today I have my fourth internet outage since I moved. That was June 1st. I didn’t even have 4 total outages in 5 years with fios. Smh

#Verizon #FiOS is down; OTN isn't even putting out a signal. Fine, if I could get any technical support, but after the initial boilerplate welcome message, the chat session I opened hasn't had another response for almost five minutes. #VerizonTechnicalSupport is unacceptably bad.
