Extremely disappointed with @reliancejio. For the last 3–4 days, JioFiber & Jio SIM are both not working. Internet down, calls not connecting, and customer care unreachable. If not resolved ASAP, I’ll port all SIMs and disconnect Fiber. Urgent callback needed. #Jiodown
