Yea I’m about to file a complaint with the @FCC against the isp Optimum Wireless. We’re in the middle of a weeklong service outage and they’re the only isp available. I don’t live in a low income zip code either.

Fairly sure @optimum has slowed my Internet down to slower than dial up speed or something. Helluva "free yr of service". If the service is useless, I'd rather PAY someone else for reliable service. Guess I'll be calling support AGAIN. FML.
