Is O2 down?

Virgin Media WiFi and TV went down 9pm Thursday… it’s STILL down nearly 2 days later… AND O2’s data is hit and miss as well! Still not had any updates from them 🙄

My @VodafoneUK signal have been terrible since that outage they had. Anybody got good experiences of other networks as I’m going to leave and switch. What are @EE & @O2 like?

O2 was supposed to give me extra mobile data cause I burned through it all due to our outage the other day. They gave my mom extra mobile data but not me who needs it more 💀

Cranleigh’s broadband outage today really highlighted how unacceptable the lack of mobile phone signal is in my villageSeeing that my MP @Jeremy_Hunt had had a constructive meeting with @O2 CEO a few months back I was hoping for significant improvement in coverage but no avail !

Is your website down? Being trying to upgrade since 7pm yesterday with no luck. Online customer service is a 21 MINUTE WAIT @O2

Great to see 4 years down the line @o2 still have network problems where I live. So glad I left this appalling company.

Counting down the days until I can leave @O2 I never get signal, I can only use WiFi at home. What is the point in paying nearly £70 a month to only use a mobile phone at home. I might as well have a landline. I work in Central London, in this day an age a phone is needed. 😡

Out of all the Cell providers in the UK I have to say that O2 is by far the worst I have ever used. Shocking amount of time their network is down and worst of all, when down they never put anything on social media. #O2 #Dogshite

Simple question: why is 4G not working today 1st November 2025? I'm on o2 and spoke on phone (not internet) yesterday. Been "emergency calls only" all day.

I have had no Internet for three days, Microsoft 365 is down, and the O2 website is down so I can't even buy more data. All a coinidence or a major cyber attack?

Leaving @o2 , terrible company, and since I went sim only my data use has magically gone up and my service has gone down.

How can a phone mast nearby still be 'not working' with engineers still on the case 'repairing' after 4 weeks? This is beyond a joke now @O2 I don't get data outdoors, I can't make phone calls anymore and half the time I don't even have signal at all 🥴

Sky internet down since 4pm mobile phone 4g and 5g keeps outing since 6pm Sky say need new router .. eh? So why’s neighbours landlines out and mobile phone (o2) limping on 3G and dying on E ?

A hugeley embarrassing day yesterday for @Vodafone when their entire network went down. No customer service phone numbers worked. To add insult to injury, @Vodafone is refusing to pay back the money I was forced to spend on an O2 data sim. Disgraceful customer service.

Been with Vodafone, phone and broadband and it's been brilliant. First outage, yeah it is proper annoying but had more problems with O2 phone and Virgin broadband than Voda. Was thinking to go EE but where I live it's probably dialup speeds 🤣🤣 plus Voda biggest network in UK.

Happy my partner has O2 because @lebara mobile data is also out because of the @VodafoneUK outage... No fiber, no mobile data. We are left with his O2 mobile data and tethering.

Broadband down at Vodafone, BT, onestream, Virgin Media, Voxi, CityFibre, TalkTalk, EE, Sky, Three, O2.

Very poor service from O2 cant seem to get a problem with my phone sorted as initially you were too shortstaffed and now systems are down so problem of no phone service just ongoing😡 #disappointed #O2

please can you help @O2 I can't log in to my O2 account on any device or browser as it loops back to the beginning of the log in process. I got put through to 3 people on the phone before being cut off and your online chat service has told me it is not working right now!

I swear @O2 has the worst web team ever. Their site literally goes down EVERY YEAR when the iPhone pre orders go live. How do y’all keep making the same mistakes?!!!
