NH BRO ACTUALLY **** @bt_uk / @EE WIFI SO DOGSHIT. THEIR ONE WEEK OUTAGE HAS CAUSED ME TO MISS A MESSAGE AND FUMBLE FML

So today it's @EE turn to have an outage. I can’t seem to make or receive calls on WiFi or mobile...

The way you take it all down including digital ID withdraw any service close it down and it collapses we have the power just people don’t see it. Example company directors dissolve it. WiFi (virgin media) close it mobile Close it (EE) close online banking down etc you getting it

Been with Vodafone, phone and broadband and it's been brilliant. First outage, yeah it is proper annoying but had more problems with O2 phone and Virgin broadband than Voda. Was thinking to go EE but where I live it's probably dialup speeds 🤣🤣 plus Voda biggest network in UK.

My #Vodafone broadband has been down since 3pm i had to use my EE mobile hotspot so i could work at home. I tried ringing the helpdesk but it says the phone has been switched off, wtaf? @VodafoneUK

Hi @EE, I topped up my SIM today online, but there’s an outage in EX16 and I can’t use any data or calls. I’ve tried going through your online service. I’ve had to borrow WiFi to message you. The top-up’s useless right now — can someone help me get a refund or credit please?

I swear the last two weeks have been ****, from my card being stolen to now @ee being down. 😡

On paper @EE have great customer service but the promises and delivery side have really let me down. No internet for 3 days, then promised a new modem by today. Wasted a day's leave and Royal Mail are still yet to receive the package that should be with me today 👍

Text @EE for PAC code, can't for some reason have to use website. That service is down you need to call. Some would think they were making it difficult to leave. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Why is my 5G not working @EE

Between @EE mobile network and @bt_uk broadband the coverage is shocking. On my phone, zero bars, 4G/5G not working and powercut means no WiFi. How are you meant to contact anyone in an emergency?

Anyone else’s EE/BT WiFi hub not working whatsoever?

EE: we will call you three times to resolve your issue also EE: [fails to call the first two times because of their own network outage, third time is 8am on a saturday when i have the nerve to be asleep] also EE: well you didn't pick up so we closed your ticket :)
