Once again @CoxHelp the internet is down for the second time this week. Whats happening now?! This is ridiculous. I want a refund.

*** has been down since 1030 with an ETA of 530 which means we can’t do anything at work or access patients charts. On top of that, my other office has been flooded by a connecting office. I can’t catch a break today 😭

Got a message from *** about the outage but still zero communication from Entergy.

*** internet service down for the second day in a row at the same time of 5:58 PM, with the same promise of repair in four hours or more. *** Setvice is becoming very sucky.

For *** to want their money every month on time, these mfs are always having an outage! Keep my internet on all month for once and we’ll see about paying you on time.

Man. @CoxHelp is really the most reliable internet provider. Unfortunately, what you’re relying on is the internet they provide going down anytime you’re trying to work at night. It’s 4:55 am. My internet has been down for three hours and counting. Can’t wait to move to fios.

So @CoxComm has had an outage now twice in less than a week. Today was during prime time tv for families. Not a good look.

My @CoxComm been down since yesterday and I work from home! Did all the troubleshooting (I know how to do that **** anyways) & still nothing! They said oh an appt Saturday! Um WHAT? Then tried to say might be my modem! It worked fine until your little outage! This is BS!
