Comcast in my area has been down since 10PM last night. It's scheduled to be fixed by midnight tonight, but I don't trust them to have any techs available until Monday at the earliest since it's a holiday weekend.

#Florida I go down to Florida for Winter Months. My dad wanted to put Comcast on Vacation mode. So my dad made the call and we thought it was on Vacation Mode. But forgot or never did it. Comcast scream at us demand money as not put on Vacation mode. Not in nice way but jerk.

calling comcast because the site and app are down and I need to pay my bill but I cannot talk to customer service unless I pay my WHICH I AM TRYING TO ******* DO. Xfinity is the shittiest company in the world and maybe it's time to file some complaints.

Comcast has the worse customer support. There is an outage in my area which means I’m not allowed to talk anyone human at customer support. Nice scam they got going. I can’t cancel my service cause there’s currently an outage.

Cell services going down; Xfinity/Comcast; AWS; bank services; now Cloudflare. This is *sequential*. As if someone is one by one, testing "switches". While the companies want to downplay it, .gov, .mil being indifferent should give one pause. Techno-Pearl Harbor possible..

How does @comcast shut down internet service in an area without warning In the middle of a workday. Then when you call the automated system refuses to connect you to a human hangs up on you?

Comcast outage all day. Fixed? Nope. Just kidding. Still out. Thankfully the kids had already gotten all their homework done and we had a DVD we were able to enjoy together.

DSP said if Comcast internet is down for more than 1 day they are legally liable
