Apparently the best part of having a Comcast outage is now they try to get you to sign a new contract before they will schedule a technician.

Comcast in my area has been down since 10PM last night. It's scheduled to be fixed by midnight tonight, but I don't trust them to have any techs available until Monday at the earliest since it's a holiday weekend.

#Florida I go down to Florida for Winter Months. My dad wanted to put Comcast on Vacation mode. So my dad made the call and we thought it was on Vacation Mode. But forgot or never did it. Comcast scream at us demand money as not put on Vacation mode. Not in nice way but jerk.
