I swear. @CenturyLink is the worst. I had to go thru an awful automated system and then they couldn't tell me if there was a outage in areas. They kept requiring account numbers 🙄 I just needed to know if they were down in those towns

CenturyLink service has been down since Friday evening in my area. What point is there in paying for services that routinely drop without explanation? None. I cannot wait until Allo provides services, especially when they provide fiber optic & cheaper services.
