CenturyLink service has been down since Friday evening in my area. What point is there in paying for services that routinely drop without explanation? None. I cannot wait until Allo provides services, especially when they provide fiber optic & cheaper services.

Weekly @CenturyLink update: an almost amazingly useless company. Service down once again.

CenturyLink needs to have a reason listed when there is an outage. These random, multi-day outages with no explanation are unacceptable. If I know that some jackass with a backhoe severed a fiber line, at least I can reason that it isn't their fault

Omex took over all of Elon’s communication system, starlink down Old CenturyLink network every new network is built on an old network

CenturyLink claimed the outage from last week never happened. Time to look for a different provider

And still no statement or apology from Centurylink about 24 hour internet outage.
