1/2 BT Digital voice phone stopped working t'other day, said there was no internet connection (there was). Turned everything off and back on again, went through the "troubleshoot" list. Still not working. Reset everything. Nope. Ordered and installed new batteries. Still no dice

****** off to ****. Missed the deciding frame on the snooker cos my ****** BT Broadband went down. I cant get a service update because i dont have a landline number. Do NOT go with BT for your tv,cos they give you EE TV and its ****. It crashes constantly, and disconnects at will

Well after being down for over a week @bt_uk is finally back up. After 2.5 hrs it’s down again…

My internet has gone down for a 2nd time in 48 hours and @bt_uk advise it won’t be resolved until next Thursday. Seriously? What kind of service is this?

Hi @bt_uk just switched to full fibre broadband today and our internet is not working. Can you confirm an outage or it is just our problem. Please can I DM?

UK comes to a grinding holt as broadband infrastructure owned by @bt_uk & Openreach goes down. Effecting hundreds of thousands of customers. All ISPs and moblie networks are effected in some way. Great start to a monday afternoon!

#Vodafone outage update. More than 30 minutes now since issues reported. Vodafone has not yet published a statement. I am seeing no increase in reports about other ISPs such as BT or Virgin Media so it appears to be Vodafone only outage.

Seems that when your internet Is down for 4 days #purefibre they won't compensate you for loss of service even though they dont provide any backup. If @virginmedia cut the #BT fibre cable to your pole. DOESN'T SOUND LIKE GOOD SERVICE TO ME.

Our broadband is down! So far I have not been able to report the fault as @bt_uk don't believe they provide our broadband, so I can't access their online reporting system. 🙄 I am able to reach our e-mail from home but I cannot operate the web site until the problem is fixed.
