NH BRO ACTUALLY **** @bt_uk / @EE WIFI SO DOGSHIT. THEIR ONE WEEK OUTAGE HAS CAUSED ME TO MISS A MESSAGE AND FUMBLE FML

UK comes to a grinding holt as broadband infrastructure owned by @bt_uk & Openreach goes down. Effecting hundreds of thousands of customers. All ISPs and moblie networks are effected in some way. Great start to a monday afternoon!

#Vodafone outage update. More than 30 minutes now since issues reported. Vodafone has not yet published a statement. I am seeing no increase in reports about other ISPs such as BT or Virgin Media so it appears to be Vodafone only outage.

Seems that when your internet Is down for 4 days #purefibre they won't compensate you for loss of service even though they dont provide any backup. If @virginmedia cut the #BT fibre cable to your pole. DOESN'T SOUND LIKE GOOD SERVICE TO ME.

Our broadband is down! So far I have not been able to report the fault as @bt_uk don't believe they provide our broadband, so I can't access their online reporting system. 🙄 I am able to reach our e-mail from home but I cannot operate the web site until the problem is fixed.

It's fascinating like in the last year, for me, Linux has become the OS where things just work. I just had to get a BT keyboard from a drawer because my USB keyboard that is currently typing this on Linux is not working anymore on Macos.

With @EE the only thing you can depend on is getting an email saying your complaint has been closed down, because if your complaint is left open they have to give you credit, so complaints will be closed before being resolved #smh #comeback domestic @bt_uk #forcedover2EE 😢

Lol not @bt_uk customer service telling me "it's just one of those things" when the internet has been down for 2.5 hours... and regularly drops and we've put in MULTIPLE complaints. Honestly - they really are the ghetto

Between @EE mobile network and @bt_uk broadband the coverage is shocking. On my phone, zero bars, 4G/5G not working and powercut means no WiFi. How are you meant to contact anyone in an emergency?

Lightening hit directly into the manor. Thunder deafening. Dogs petrified like never before. Internet down and BT router melted. Mobiles and electricity still on. Note to self: stock up on matches, candles, and canned goods

Very disappointed with the level of service from @bt_uk. I'm on my 3rd faulty hybrid connect in 10 days and they keep telling me the "order wasn't closed down" whatever that means. Even their engineer couldn't fix the problem. Just had another fruitless phonecall again today.

On the train home and heard that BT is down. Oh joy
