AWS went down on the 20th, Azure on the 29th, and now Cloudflare too. These big cloud platforms are failing back-to-back. what’s really going on? Cloud services are meant to stay online 99.999% of the year, which allows only about 5 minutes of downtime.

This year has been wild. We’ve seen almost everything! AWS went down, Azure went down, and even Cloudflare faced a major outage. If anything, it’s a reminder that no platform is too big to fail… and resilience matters more than ever.

I want to see a day where we have AWS, Cloudflare, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud are all down at the same time. We shall even have nowhere to vent from.

AWS, GCP, Azure, and Cloudflare have all had multiple major outages recently… now GitHub is down. What’s going on and why are they all clustered within the last few weeks?

Sorry for the late tweet. Don't know why twitter was down. But today was my first day at @Cloudflare after causing the outage at AWS and Azure and being let go from both Amazon and Microsoft. I hope nothing goes wrong today. Fingers crossed.

End of October: AWS outage. Beginning of November: MS Azure outage. A week later: Google outage. Now: Cloudflare outage. Every outage, a cloud service, impacted consumers & businesses around the globe. All external integrations & dependencies are vulnerabilities.

These Cloudflare outages once again reminding me that there are just a few services responsible for holing all this **** together. Like if AWS or Azure were to go seriously down - ******.

Cloudflare, fastly, Azure CDN and all CDN offering products have the same stories in their outage. Like what specific customer configuration has introduced a bug under what circumstances? I might be going mad but no one ships a product with a known risky security threat.
