These cloud outages really pointed to concerns about centralization. Even in web3, if your app is directly tied to amazon, and they go out, POOF!
It wasn't a maior issue. but I was needina to update my resume for a particular iob when the Azure outage happened, and was unable to.

That AWS outage? Amazon's cloud service, which powers much of the internet, still pulled off 20% growth. Guess customers love it when their smart beds & banks go offline. Efficiency!

It was a shock how dead #NewWorldAeternum was when I logged in yesterday. In all my years of playing mmos I've never seen a silent general/world chat. Shortly after I deleted NW since Amazon fired the game's dev team and is shutting down the game after releasing an extension. WTF
