Is Spectrum down?

Hilarious that Spectrum outage happens on the last day of the BF6 beta, don't they know I have a final challenge to complete? And now it's bumped from 4pm to 730pm to come back on. Stellar. 🙃

My wifi is not working and they said they can’t get a technician out here until NEXT WEEK. I hate it here, i’m about to switch back to Spectrum 🫠

My Tmobile bill recently increased from 120 to 165 a month. I am going to spectrum for a year at 100. Back to the old switch carriers every year to keep prices down. I had the Magenta plan. When I got it years ago they said it would never go up. Liars!

So many spectrum internet drops this week, these issues have been ongoing for 20 months now, multiple cases with the FCC, reacing out to support constantly, giving logs to spectrum and they still can't fix it, half the time they say its an unscheduled outage, yes that's true.

Ok so Turns out we're experiencing a citywide outage. My question is, how does something like this happen? And why does it take THIS long to fix? I swear, i gotta convince our ceo to swap to spectrum.

Typical @Ask_Spectrum outage. Will be back up at 3:30… just kidding, we meant 4:30… actually we don’t know when the ****… thanks for your money though. This is why providers should not be allowed to have monopolies over neighborhoods.

Another day another Charter/Spectrum outage. Seriously. It's 100% not my equipment. As soon as I get an outage I power cycle my: 1. Wifi Router, 2. Network Switch, and 3. Phone/Internet modem. Always starts sometime around 12am-3am and lasts for hours. It's 100% on their end.

Spectrum…not as bad as comcast but definitely not that much better outage-wise

Hey @socaledison how is it that spectrum can give us updates on how long the outage is going to be, but you guys can’t be bothered? You shut our power off yesterday, our food is going bad - but the only company bothering to give us any updates on our situation is spectrum?

Spectrum internet is down again. Last straw. Too often out of service. Getting Starlink soon. Just tired of poor reliability.

And @GetSpectrum is down again,seems to be a weekly thing now. I was on the house phone talking business and it went dead. Good thing my cell phone is with another company,I have it this way for situations like this.

My internet is down for the rest of the day according to @GetSpectrum. They couldn’t have harmed my work at a more crucial time. I’m sure they’ll still expect me to pay them in full and on time though so at least one of us remains ethical and dependable. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Show is going to be late today. @Ask_Spectrum internet service is down, again. I literally cannot say enough negative things about this company and my experience with them, when I move I will be changing ISP’s!

Dear @GetSpectrum your service plans are terrible. 2 miles down the road from me people can get 100M service for $30 a month but where I live I can only get the 500M for 85 a month. I dont need 500 but you refuse to offer less
