Totally unrelated BUT HOW AM I GONNA GET SIMS 1 today if my stupid internet is not working it’s been out for days and the spectrum app was so glitchy last night

We also haven't observed any incidents recently.

.@Ask_Spectrum getting tired of this “outage reported” and midnight maintenance y’all are doing. The level of inconvenience and reliability you bring to customers should automatically entitle customers to better internet speeds at no additional charge. My ping is DOUBLE right now
