So @SkyHelpTeam you have a know outage that screws up every one’s sky q and I have to pay you £15 to have an engineer visit in 2 weeks. Awful service

Sky still down and it’s now approaching midday on day 2. No update from @SkyHelpTeam that suggests when this will be fixed. Compensation incoming.

After having a new satellite dish fitted yesterday I thought the tv going off every 15 minutes was down to a problem with that. Just seen all this on X. Anyone in South Wales have problems? # @SkyHelpTeam

#SkyQ not working and the online troubleshooter suggested a new one. As it seems to be a nationwide problem shall we wait and hope it is sorted soon @SkyHelpTeam ?
