Sky TV has been down for about 12 hours and there’s been no communication from either @SkyHelpTeam or @skytv. Shambolic. Can see why people purchase fire sticks.

Right, that’s just about it @SkyHelpTeam. Sounds like I’m one of many experiencing a significant issue where Sky Q is down. Sky has been on our watch list for some time, over £100 a month, and I think that’s just about time to call it a day. No post to even acknowledge the issue!

Typical awful service from a company we are charged an extortionate amount for. @SkyHelpTeam Have to come online to find that once again the service is down. Not even courtesy of letting us know #Sky

What’s happening @SkyHelpTeam @skytv ? SkyQ box works for 15mins then shuts down/crashes & will only work again with power cycle…until it crashes again 15mins later. Clearly wider issue, cannot log in to Sky account online & twitter full of similar issues #skytv #sky #outage
