Trying to get updates about a broadband outage or some level of assistance from Sky is nearly impossible. It’s madness that they don’t engage with their customers @SkyHelpTeam please share useful information and don’t just say “we know there’s an outage” I already know this 🙄

Hello @SkyHelpTeam we have had a broadband outage this evening in TW1 which started around 6pm and is still down after 10pm. I received an apology sms at 6.30 then a "It's now fixed" sms at 8.30pm. But no. Means no Internet + no TV, obv. Any news available?
