Slowly cancelling all my Bell services. First my cell service because I got a much better deal with Rogers (and better service). Next will be TV. Bell Fibe is always down. And then I need to get rid of my Bell internet. I am always the person at work who’s frozen in meetings. 😂

Spent entirely too much of the last 2 days in stores and on computers dealing with Rogers and as a result my TV and internet are down $30/month and my cell plan will cost $14/month more, but I will have a new phone with 750 GB more internal storage. $16/month saved 😎

OMG, @Rogers are the absolutely WORST at customer communications during an outage!!! Zero acknowlegment of the outage and ZERO indication of estimated restoration of services! They could learn a lot from @HydroOne. @RogersHelps.

Rogers is selling power outage Wifi. There's a second modem or independent connectivity box that lights up and sits right beside your x-pod. They're getting creative selling the stormproof dream, where you could be streaming and eating popcorn. Wait, how did you get the popcorn??

#bellfibe @Bell Why is the website down, again? Why can I not access my news channels (MSNBC is not loading) why can nothing be fixed thru “self service” which never seems to operate? Shows are not appearing as listed. Despite reboots. @Rogers is looking better everyday!
