So I have Quantum Fiber for internet service. I called them this morning because one of our 3 WiFi 6 pods was not working. They said they’d send a replacement in 2-3 days. Turns out that the new pod is a WiFi 7 version and until it’s installed, it killed our internet access. WTF?

#quantumfiber or @quantumfiber is down in southwest Nevada (AGAIN!) Yet, they randomly **** you with nickel and dime money grabs. 13 cents here or 22 cents there. Random months with bullshit surcharges, and fees. THEFT!

Internet been out for almost 24 hours, one communication from them about it the whole time. Had to wait on hold for over an hour just to find out there’s an outage. I cannot wait to cancel my service with @quantumfiber

Sigh… @quantumfiber is down yet again. What awful service.
