Another day another optimum outage. Pretty much same time every day. Any time I call I just get a tech who knows even less than the one I just got off the phone with somehow. I’m glad I’ve been documenting it all so I can give it all to my lawyer and see what they have to say.

Told my coworker I was annoyed I had to get optimum when I moved to my new place. Formerly had fiber with Fios. He said they are all the same… today I have my fourth internet outage since I moved. That was June 1st. I didn’t even have 4 total outages in 5 years with fios. Smh

How can @optimum claim there are no outages in my area when this is now day two of an outage. Conveniently, was working fine through the night. But no notice that lines are being worked on. No eta on completion. No notice anywhere of what is going on.

I love how @optimum is always going out, and then when you call to find out why, the automated message just tells you there's an outage in your area and hangs up. Doesn't tell you why, how long it'll be out, anything. Just "yep, there's an outage. Click.
