big ups to @optimum for this hour+ internet outage with no notification of the outage or ETA of when it’s going to be fixed :) fourth one this month :) i love paying $93 a month to be chronically inconvenienced :)

Not a good look @Optimum Outage over 14 hrs with no status update or estimated restoration time? Well over 30k customers without service. Those of us who rely on your service for work need better information so we can plan in advance. Do your job! @VerizonFIOS looking good rn

If you ever need internet service, cable or phone don't use @optimum . They suck. My house burned down, I've been a customer for 20 years. I've spent over an hour trying to deal with them. 4 different people,& I still have to send in the fire depart paper for them to not bill
