please can you help @O2 I can't log in to my O2 account on any device or browser as it loops back to the beginning of the log in process. I got put through to 3 people on the phone before being cut off and your online chat service has told me it is not working right now!

Help I'm having connection issues with the o2 app! Why is it not working?!

The O2 app keeps shutting down on me whenever I try access tkts. I hope it works once I land in UK 😒 would love not to have to go pick the tks from the tkts box #Runseokjin_epTOUR_London

Our smoke/o2 detector went off at 3am for no reason so I worked on connecting them to the app in case it happened again. Looking at all the amazing WiFi devices they offered I thought, “How cool?!” Starlink went down today and I realize how all those WiFi devices would be ☠️.

At this point, after all of the frustration & anger I've gone through because of @O2 letting me down, I'm questioning if it's time for me to go to another network provider..... How is it fair for me to not enjoy @PokemonGoApp when I can't even get a signal on #raidday ?

Sick, sick SICK @O2. Spent THREE DAYS trying to do hat should have taken ten minutes. Upgrade website not working, orders being created then cancelled. On the phone for TWO HRS yesterday. Can never get to speak to anyone in these isles, always Philippines or India. Cancel #O2

Spoke to someone in the O2 store. They said it's down for most of the UK and should have been up by now. People have been getting SIM swapped and now they have stopped it #O2Down

Hey @O2 , please feel free to sort out whatever issues you are having. Mobile data is not working and hasn’t been since last night. I can only use my phone when it’s on WiFi and that is not the service I pay you for. It says 5G at the top and yet nothing loads.
