Is iCloud down?

I’m trying to pay for iCloud but Apple keeps rejecting my card and it’s a GT Mastercard. Anyone have any ideas why it’s not working? I have an access Visa card, would that work instead ?

So if you are good with iPhone iCloud I need help. We got a warning that storage was full and deleted permanently hundreds of photos and videos. The gig number went down but then a short time later it went back up to the same number.

I’ve been trying to use my GT card to pay for my iCloud and it’s not working I tried using my Access bank Card and it’s also not working Are there exceptions to this new international payment thing?

Some sort of outage is going on. OpenAI is accessible through the billing side and authentication, and the same with iCloud and a lot of other applications right now.
