If there is no Daywave today you can blame @AskFrontier. Their service is down again. Please direct all complaints to them. I'll let you know if it comes back on.
Just ordered Frontier Fiber to replace Spectrum Internet. Gonna keep Spectrum TV and Mobile, but man, 1000 up and 1000 Down for internet at 59.99 vs 130.00 for 1000 down and 30 up is LOVELY. And they talking about a Built in VPN? So Shinobi Striker Streams Might be back.
#BadCustomerService asked @askfrontier for a credit on my acct. yet again service down. This was their response “Thank you for confirming that for me. Unfortunately, I am unable to apply credit for this outage as it was under 24 hours that the service interruption lasted. ~Lucy”
WiFi been down at my house for over 12 hours now. Unacceptable out of @FrontierCorp
App development can be challenging some days.. I’ve must’ve rewrote this app like 5 times since inception and I’m down to one last frontier before this can be production ready.

Frontier Communications is reporting an outage in the Elk River area, that customers are unable to call 911 from a landline. There is no estimated time of restoral. If you need to contact 911 do so by a cell phone.
So let me get this right. My internet goes down. I try to call @FrontierCorp to see how I can fix it. The robot on the phone texts me a video to watch with the internet that I don’t have. And then schedules me a service appointment for 2 day later. Nice! #nothappy
enough @FrontierCorp another outage after light storm advised again its my 3rd pty router issue not your ont alas ticket update acknowledges a fiber line issue tech never showed service still down upsell attempts by tech support at every interaction hope upsell exceeds churn bye
FYI: This is the tenth day since the beginning of the year that I have experienced a significant Wi-Fi/internet outage. My provider is Frontier Internet.
Welp, our whole street's internet is down, and Frontier's customer support is useless as ever. Their app doesn't load, their site doesn't load, and their phone forces you to talk to a robot and jump through hurdles to get an actual person to respond...
