Hey @FrontierCorp @AskFrontier , my internet has been down since early AM with a solid red ONT light. Multiple calls, no resolution. Promised callbacks never happened. After being told earliest tech appt was Monday PM, I offered to upgrade my service just to get a sooner

Frontier has had an outage all day ugh. Their website says there’s no outage but their phone rep says there is. Is it really that difficult to update your outage tracker so it’s actually accurate? Not to mention they had no estimate time it will come back on 🙄

Since the @FrontierCorp chat won’t give me an ETA on getting my internet outage fixed, maybe their social team can.
