Frontier Communications is reporting 1,349 customers in the Alum Creek area is experiencing an outage. If you need to dial 9-1-1, use a cell phone as a land-line may not dial out.

My internet went down yesterday afternoon and it just now returned. I maintain that Frontier sucks. I had physical therapy at 8:45 this morning, so I missed all of my regular subbed shows that I usually watch or mod, if you wondered where I was.

What’s the best way to report a Frontier fiber outage in Jacksonville, Texas? Every time I call them they have me reboot my ONT and router. They will not admit to the outage until they stay on the phone with you for 30-45 minutes and schedule a technician to come out.

My internet has been down since 8am and Frontier is giving me no timeline for it to be back on!! I guess I’ll be on this **** app all night because I can’t watch tv 😭😭😭

.@FrontierCorp service has been down since 6 a.m., and still continues to be down despite receiving a message that it was resolved. Customer service has been non-existent, with a stupid robot hanging up before even getting through to a representative. Do better. @AskFrontier

Another frontier outage. Unbelievable. After not repairing their last outage (which was like a couple of weeks ago) for 2 days, I thought they would’ve gotten it together. How, as an internet provider, failing to provide internet so frequently? This is absolutely ridiculous.
