Frontier Communications is reporting an outage in the Elk River area, that customers are unable to call 911 from a landline. There is no estimated time of restoral. If you need to contact 911 do so by a cell phone.
There is currently no sign of a Frontier outage.
We also haven't observed any incidents recently.

So let me get this right. My internet goes down. I try to call @FrontierCorp to see how I can fix it. The robot on the phone texts me a video to watch with the internet that I don’t have. And then schedules me a service appointment for 2 day later. Nice! #nothappy

enough @FrontierCorp another outage after light storm advised again its my 3rd pty router issue not your ont alas ticket update acknowledges a fiber line issue tech never showed service still down upsell attempts by tech support at every interaction hope upsell exceeds churn bye

FYI: This is the tenth day since the beginning of the year that I have experienced a significant Wi-Fi/internet outage. My provider is Frontier Internet.

Welp, our whole street's internet is down, and Frontier's customer support is useless as ever. Their app doesn't load, their site doesn't load, and their phone forces you to talk to a robot and jump through hurdles to get an actual person to respond...

In today’s America, it is unacceptable when your internet goes down to have to wait 3 days for service. I wonder if Spectrum would respond sooner than Frontier? Or, would I be better off switching to Starlink?

Just waiting for the class action lawsuit for all the down services from #Frontier since they started providing "WIFI All The Time" when your service goes down. My service didn't have these issues until they started marketing that new service. #FrontierInternetDown #FrontierDown
