.@AskFrontier @FrontierCorp Doe anyone knows what is going on with an outage in the Kyle, TX area? It’s been 2 days and #frontierInternet has no update. I’m a 3 weeks new customer. Is this something I should be worrying? This is no “bueno”.
There is currently no sign of a Frontier outage.
We also haven't observed any incidents recently.

1. @FrontierCorp has been promising to come out since Thursday. They have yet to make it out despite the fact that I had tickets for a technician to appear to fix my outage. I have been told they were cancelled due to an ongoing outage but the call center, app and call reps made

Just ordered Frontier Fiber to replace Spectrum Internet. Gonna keep Spectrum TV and Mobile, but man, 1000 up and 1000 Down for internet at 59.99 vs 130.00 for 1000 down and 30 up is LOVELY. And they talking about a Built in VPN? So Shinobi Striker Streams Might be back.

#BadCustomerService asked @askfrontier for a credit on my acct. yet again service down. This was their response “Thank you for confirming that for me. Unfortunately, I am unable to apply credit for this outage as it was under 24 hours that the service interruption lasted. ~Lucy”

DO NOT PURCHASE FRONTIER INTERNET EVERYTIME IT GOES DOWN I HAVE TO WAIT 2 DAYS TO GET A MODEM BECAUSE THE CURRENT MODEM GOES DOA AFTER BEING POWERED OFF. IF YOU TRY TO CALL AS SOON AS THERE IS AN OUTAGE, THEY JUST IGNORE YOU TILL THE OUTAGE HAS BEEN RESOLVED. @FrontierCorp
