EE at Uxbridge told me the service not working today. no top up voucher today. @EE, @eestore_uk, and @ukhomeoffice learnt that a year ago my number linked with free online service which required telephone number.

Why do @EE deliberately make it so difficult to cancel a contract. No mechanism online, no digital form to fill in . Live chat not working and nobody answering the phones.
