I hate being rude to people but some woman with EE coat on asking me to check my Internet speed and trying to sell me Internet whilst my dogs barking trying to break down the door. It's all so tiresome, should've just told her to go away through the doorbell but couldn't hear

I do wonder when companies will realise that customer loyalty only goes so far. I’ve been with @EE for >10 yrs. Bills up, service quality down. Just moved Mrs C to new provider, signal quality improved, bill 1/3 of what we were paying, thanks you @UswitchUK. I’ll be following.

Power cut for all of 30 seconds, now @EE broadband is down throughout Paddington area. Network name not even coming up on scans. Having to use 5G data on my phone ffs

Shocking customer service from @EE today. Broadband down and reported last night. Today I spent 40 minutes on hold to be told the fault was theirs but the earliest they could get an engineer was next Wednesday! Promised a phone call back at 1pm about my complaint. Still waiting!

******* broadband been down all day. Got EETV so gotta rely on broadband to watch stuff,Luckily im savvy, Had to set up everything and use my unlimited phone data as a hotspot, got 5G so very stable. EE saying looking at up till 7 p.m. tomorrow to get fixed. Plus will get

Meant to be switching over to @iD_Mobile_UK today… they’ve not sent the SIM card and they’ve cut me off from EE. Tried to live chat and the live chat is down. Not going well to say we’ve only been a customer for 1 day..
