Hi @EE, I topped up my SIM today online, but there’s an outage in EX16 and I can’t use any data or calls. I’ve tried going through your online service. I’ve had to borrow WiFi to message you. The top-up’s useless right now — can someone help me get a refund or credit please?

On paper @EE have great customer service but the promises and delivery side have really let me down. No internet for 3 days, then promised a new modem by today. Wasted a day's leave and Royal Mail are still yet to receive the package that should be with me today 👍

Why does @EE broadband seem to be down more than its up .Terrible service pay a small fortune to have no broadband all weekend. Get it fixed .

Why is my 5G not working @EE

Between @EE mobile network and @bt_uk broadband the coverage is shocking. On my phone, zero bars, 4G/5G not working and powercut means no WiFi. How are you meant to contact anyone in an emergency?

EE: we will call you three times to resolve your issue also EE: [fails to call the first two times because of their own network outage, third time is 8am on a saturday when i have the nerve to be asleep] also EE: well you didn't pick up so we closed your ticket :)

If there was an AI based PCB layout tool that was better than laying out by hand, don’t you think electrical engineers would be using it by now? Every EE I know uses LLMs to write their bring up firmware now because it reduced a weeklong effort down to a 2 hour effort.

Anyone having issues making and receiving calls today? I’m on Vodafone but not sure if EE, O2 etc are down? I can make some calls and some people can ring me but others can’t ring me and I can’t ring them - so werid ?

.@EE you are a shambles of a company you’ve blocked my phone for 9 days now when the bill is paid. Customer service is down, in store said to speak to customer service and your online chat said they couldn’t help then tried to sell me broadband. Cannot wait to leave.
