The snow currently coming down shouldn’t have outage impacts in #Charlotte though winds above 30 mph could cause scattered outages. We mostly see winter storm ⛈️ ❄️ outages when we get .25” or more of ice on trees, branches which we don’t expect here today. @DukeEnergy

Thankful for the big fireplace in my 80's brick rancher! Just went through an 11-hour power outage in my neighborhood. Duke Energy is so slow in restoring storm outages!!!
