Cool, @CoxComm says there is an unplanned outage and service won’t be restored for four hour, so good thing I wasn’t planning to stream the NHL playoffs tonight! If there is a worse business in America, I have yet to encounter it

Switched from *** internet to @metronetfiber... Barely a week in and already have an outage because of high winds (at least that's what customer service is saying). Their customer service was fine and I'm sure a technician will come out tomorrow to take a look. That said, if

Why’d a tree fall on y’all’s line during a storm @CoxComm . @EntergyNOLA had to come and remove y’all’s line and the branches that fell on them. We went 5 days w/o service. For us to get service back annnnd my **** still not working two days later 😐 @CoxComm.

There is an internet outage in my area. *** said it will be in effect until 5. I work until 4:30 sooo I’m done for the day…lol!

#*** cable refusing to respond to a cable outage in my neighborhood due to “overtime” on a Saturday. Incredible what they charge each month. Very poor service as usual

the second multihour internet outage in as many days for @CoxHelp, and the third in two weeks. i don't know why these humans think they can **** around so robustly. we switched from verizon because they couldn't do the job. clearly *** is no longer the company that can.

Not only did I have an over 24hr outage, someone hacked my *** account and added a phone number to it. I deleted it, changed my password, and added two-step authentication, but I can’t wait to get rid of them.

Avoid Deaconess if you can. Looks like *** is the ISP and perhaps in the middle of an outage. Wouldn’t trust *** to keep me alive!

Amazing poor service. @CoxComm is down again in my neighborhood. Had good service for over 30 years and since last November have had so many outages and intermittent problems. Have complained plenty but the company seems not concerned about the problem. 😡

April 20, yesterday I awoke to no wi-fi. I called *** Cable who told me there was NO OUTAGE at my address. The perps disconnected my wifi, it was off for several hours. Today I awoke at 4am to a power outage in my neighborhood (which is under investigation).

*** is the worst!!!! Internet down, therefore TV has akso been down all day. Can’t talk to an agent. Get a robot telling me there is a problem in my area. The robot moves the resolution times forward 2 hours each time I call. Have renamed them CoxSuckers!
