Xfinity not recognizing my username so I call. They say use web. They don't recognize my number either. Call on phone and they say use web. Circular reference. Infuriating that NOTHING WORKS. Can't login or speak to anyone. Xfinity sucks. Comcast sucks. #outage

Thanks @comcast @XfinitySupport support for yet again disappointing your customers (me) by refusing to connect me with a live agent since my modem is not working. Guess it’s time to go to @Starlink so that I can continue to work at home.

Nothing like sitting down to work and having the internet go down and Comcast says they’re trying to resolve it by 1:50pm (it’s 10:50am right now) LMAOOO sounds like nap time to me!!

looks like @comcast @Xfinity goes down the drain.. @XfinitySupport bot is stuck in the loop - the “service” bill increased 3x and NO AGENT is available… time to short it, I ’d guess

Comcast, get your ******* **** together man. "The WiFi is Booming!!!" my ***. This is the fifth outage across the last 48 hours that I've experienced now. And this really ****** me off considering we just got our internet fixed cuz of a faulty cable outside a month ago. 🤦♂️

Another great job by @comcast @Xfinity with yet another outage in downtown Memphis which was supposed to be fixed around 6 am. It’s now almost 6:30 pm. I’ve lost count of how many times this has happened over the last year and a half. FIX YOUR ****! 🙄

Shocker yet another @Xfinity outage in my area. 3 weeks in a row, had one last Tuesday, and 2 days the week prior to that. Thanks to @Starlink to keep me working, which my router switches over to automatically. Thinking at this point, makes sense to get rid of Comcast entirely

The internet is down for teen mobile and others here in the states so therefore get xfinity or comcast on your phones.Problem solved y’all.with xfinity there are no disruptions in service
