Comcast has the worse customer support. There is an outage in my area which means I’m not allowed to talk anyone human at customer support. Nice scam they got going. I can’t cancel my service cause there’s currently an outage.

What the **** is wrong with Comcast? When you had a WiFi outage, you used to be able to call Comcast and get a refresh signal. Their customer service has gone to **** in a handbasket.

How does @comcast shut down internet service in an area without warning In the middle of a workday. Then when you call the automated system refuses to connect you to a human hangs up on you?

I've just been notified by Comcast, my ISP, that they are upgrading the network on Thursday Sept. 25. My internet will be down on the release day of both Silent Hill F and Sonic Racing Crossworlds. This may also affect my marathon on Friday the 26th. We'll discuss when I return!
