May or may not be slightly panicking because I've learned of a potential end date to my internet in general, because landlines are being shut down by December and that's all we can use. I don't know yet if there's a timetable or if it'll just happen. If I disappear, blame BT. /1

BT Internet in Botley is down (Sun. 19th Jan.). They say that service will be back to normal by 7pm tonight.

once again @BTCare @bt_uk @BTBusiness get the award for most fustrating customer services. A week after installation I have a phone thats not working , and am now 30 minutes into a phone call withe everybody looking for somebody who knows what they are doing

#MartinLewis WIFI mine slowed down. I'm with BT. They always say 'it depends on how far your hub is from the outside box' and there's nothing I can do

3 months of landline not working thanks to @bt_uk it is finally working. Roll on the compensation
