Paying over £40 per month for @bt_uk internet and every single day for the past 2 weeks at least it goes down, minimum 3-4 times per day. Is there a reason for this? It’s really starting to annoy me now….

Is it just me? I can't find anyway to contact service providers. Bt are not providing the service I paid for. Yet I'm contracted 60 pcm I spent hours today on the phone and emailing and no reply and shut down

My WiFi is down again. I live in a rural location so there is almost a km of wire to the exchange. Part of this is through the local graveyard. Every now and again people STEAL the copper cable and I’m out for weeks until BT re-wire the whole thing, you couldn’t make it up 🫣

So my broadband went down earlier, extremely rare for @jurassicfibre to have any issues. However... looks like it's down for everyone and to make matters worse, the JF phone lines and website are also down. They've always been great and if I was with BT it'd have dropped... 1/2
