Between @EE mobile network and @bt_uk broadband the coverage is shocking. On my phone, zero bars, 4G/5G not working and powercut means no WiFi. How are you meant to contact anyone in an emergency?

Very disappointed with the level of service from @bt_uk. I'm on my 3rd faulty hybrid connect in 10 days and they keep telling me the "order wasn't closed down" whatever that means. Even their engineer couldn't fix the problem. Just had another fruitless phonecall again today.

Paying over £40 per month for @bt_uk internet and every single day for the past 2 weeks at least it goes down, minimum 3-4 times per day. Is there a reason for this? It’s really starting to annoy me now….
