Called @Bell to question bill increase for my home internet. I was told this is a standard increase in the rate and we cannot do anything for it. @Bell is increasing rate a week after the ON QC outage and today I have been without internet for 5hrs. Is this what we are paying for

Wdym Bell had a power outage

We would like to apologize for the disruption our customers experienced earlier today due to an internet outage. We can confirm that services have been fully restored as of 11:00am ET. Bell conducted an update that impacted some of our routers.

So the Bell network is down since hours and people are ******... Seems like great opportunity for @Rogers and @TELUS to grab new customers
