2020 Nashville Christmas Bombing- perp acting alone, then memory-holed. Not seeing any mention of the fact that this took out a major AT&T hub causing a WIDESPREAD outage (Calls, internet, etc.) 2020 woke us up to the weird. What else was going on?

Day 13 — still blocked by AT&T’s captive portal despite full payment posted on 11/18. FCC Case #8235134. AT&T President’s Office promised callback, no resolution. Service remains down.

Hey @ATT on day 8 of internet outage here in my Los Angeles neighborhood. I've chatted & spoken to a rep, nobody can even tell me what's wrong or why it is taking so long to fix. Your motto "Connecting you to the things you love—all day, every day" is sadly not even close.

If @ATTHelp can't maintain landlines....why would I consider them for internet or cell service? I'm shopping around for new TV service since their price on TV keeps going up, and service keeps going down.

I am getting tired of Hulu and/or AT&T Internet down. It was off and on Thanksgiving Day and now again today! I hate that Disney bought Hulu. No issues for years until that happened in last couple of months!
