Hey @ATT - you have an outage in Mt. Lebanon, PA. Dozens of us (maybe more) without internet for 10 days. No cell data at my house either, get coverage when I leave home. No TV either. Your employees recommending Verizon because there’s no fix in sight. Please fix this!!

Getting really sick of prolonged @ATT internet outages in Northern Alabama. Small account credits don't make up for it. The current outage is projected to last more than 12 hours.

Hey @ATT — It's 2025. Fiber is meant to be reliable, not roulette. A week of constant outages several times a day, no outage alerts, and now a Monday 3 PM ETA? That’s not “premium internet.” That’s poor incident management.

My AT&T internet is down. I called and pressed buttons for a while; the robot finally told me I could download an app to help me troubleshoot, or wait for a Tech Support rep., current wait time: 11 hrs, 6 mins. Or I could request a call back and I would hear back w/in 16 hrs. WTF
