So @ATTHelp refuses to call my work cell to help me fix my personal cell phone because it's not on my phone plan. But yet can't confirm me because my ******* PHONE IS NOT WORKING! CLOWNS

Today, my ATT internet went down. The router showed it was working. After multiple calls and attempts to solve the issue, they informed me my routing number and password were changed today. Same router box, but different information. I did not authorize any changes.

It’s time for me to cancel Spectrum Internet service. It’s the 5th, at least, outage, since last November, and I don’t have the money to be spending $ “extras” for a service that’s slow and spotty. I never had issues with AT&T fiber optic even during hurricanes!

I'm genuinely so glad I switched to AT&T fiber like, I haven't had a single random internet outage at all and I keep getting emails from sp*ctrum telling me my internet service is restored yeah, thanks, you're letting me know what I'm missing
