The food and service on @AmericanAir 20 was the worst biz class I have had in years! Everything was cold and the service was rushed. Every time I would set down my fork, "are you done, can I take this.

This was hands down the worst travel day I’ve ever had with @AmericanAir. My first flight was put out of service because of maintenance issues. Rebooked to a later flight only to be delayed another 2 hours because they couldn’t get the bags loaded. WTF
There's literally no way to contact @AmericanAir customer support. Phone number is 90 min wait, and online options are down. That's crazy.

Hey @AmericanAir is it part of the flight attendants training to tell a passenger and quote “you need to calm down because you are being obnoxious”. I’m curious about on what module of service experience is this taught to flight attendants.
I thought my bad flight travel luck had reversed itself but nope @AmericanAir how in the world does a printer not working cause such a delay?
